What's next ?

Tonight I was to post about a closing day to come in the next few weeks and how excited we are. However I feel I have to mention something else....

Today was a big day..the Casey Anthony trial came to close, with verdict of not guilty. While at work , I listened to co-workers as they spoke of verdict. Finally home and tuned into the Nancy Grace show, I am shocked at the outcome.
Although the presented evidence points to Casey Anthony, still the jurors felt there was NO DNA of Casey's found on the body of little Caylee Anthony.

Years ago when I would hear of cases similiar to this, I wouldn't pay mind. Infact in the passed few years, the Natalie Halloway case and a few others have made my head turn, but not like this one. When this story first hit headlines,I felt as a mother, I had to follow the case for little Caylee (corney as it may be). I wanted to know what the outcome would be, who will represent the little girl ? who will be there for her justice ? Tonight, it seems no one. As a mother, the verdict has hightened my alertness to the legal system .

I ponder now, can the legal system be trusted?
If anything , they now have made a billionaire out of Casey Anthony.
The interviews, book deals, possible movies, she will obtain now that the trial is over and she is set free. She's become famous. Yet, her little girl, Caylee is deceased.

No Justice was served for Caylee. Will someone else be convicted for her murder ? Will the law take it into their own hands and keep searching for her killer ? What happens next ? Will the prosecutors for this case, return to their desks tomorrow and move on to the another case ??

I don't have those answers... What I do know is Caylee Anthony was killed. Thrown out! She is no longer here. Will Justice ever be served for her?



As many others, I hope one day this case is solved, for Caylee Anthony.
